DISCIPLINE: Teambuilding Workshop & Art for Ofices

BRIEF:
• create a large manifestation that can be put on glass
• involve PepsiCo employees, 300 in total by creating teambuilding workshop
• reinforce PepsiCo new values
• make it bold and visually striking

AIM:
To create a manifestation which can be applied to the wall. We want this to be a bold piece, which has high impact and is memorable. We would like employees to be involved some way so that they can put their personal stamp on it. We would like people to be both uplifted by it and feel a connection to the new environment. We would also like the manifestation to reinforce our new PepsiCo values of Sustainable Growth, Empowerment, Responsibility and trust to create a constant bold reminder of them.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES FOR THE COMMISSION:
PepsiCo Uk is the UK business unit of PepsiCo. They employ over 5000 people across the UK and have a number of large brands including Walkers crisps, Pesi Cola, Quaker Oats and Tropicana orange juice.

The Head Office, situated in a business park in Theale near Reading will shortly be re-furbished. They are also leasing the office buildning next door which is also being re-fursbished. The objective is to create an environment that supports more effective working.
