HUSFLIDEN LILLEHAMMER
For Husfliden in Lillehammer we painted a signage to make Husfliden more visible in the city. In the same time they installed lettering on the top of their iconic building with the house of Husfliden, a sign that used the be there in the old days.
The design is inspired by local craft. Embroidery, weaving, knitting and crochet. We looked at the local “rutamønster” which is the chequered pattern at the bottom of the design. Then there are roses and flowers from embroidery. At the top of the design you can see two hands for unique craftsmanship and abstract Lillehammer rooftops in the background.
